These timeless concomitant interdependent features of man's condition in his overall environment is a constant of human history which has never been solved but which has rather given rise to an endless string of relational problems, among which the big international, interracial, interreligious, inter-ideological wars, as well as that of man with the ecological common ground are milestones.
