During his intriguing life, his keen and insightful interest in his surroundings is evident in his memoirs. Henry M. King remained in India until November, 1947. This book is dedicated in loving memory of Margaret Alice King Carroll McGuire About the Author: Philip L. Carroll grew up in India, England, and Australia, and currently resides near Albury, NSW, Australia. He is working on a collection of his own poems, and a screenplay based on several of them.
