These poems are not meant to be regarded as scholarly works, but should be considered as encouragement in our daily worship relationship with God. The author is a retired college administrator. This is his third book. All of his books are written with the intent to encourage readers to prayerfully study and examine the scriptures for themselves (in addition to hearing and learning from others) to gain a better appreciation and understanding of the Word of God. "The more I study the Word of God, the more I know that I need to study the Word of God more". "Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval.
