Bruce Holland Rogers has won two Nebula Awards and the L. Ron Hubbard Award. "The Dead Boy at Your Window" received the Bram Stoker Award and the Pushcart Prize, and was a Nebula Award finalist; "These Shoes Strangers Have Died Of" was also a Nebula finalist. In addition to Wind over Heaven, he has written the short-story collection Flaming Arrows and edited the anthology Bedtime Stories to Darken Your Dreams.
