To get there they had to cross Yun'wi Gunahi'ta, The Long Man, a name for rivers, which, in this instance, was the Mississippi River. Once in the New Cherokee Nation (present day Oklahoma), new homes were established for their descendants. All of the characters and events portrayed here are either fictitious or used fictitiously for five generations of White Indians.
