In order to answer this question the author has tried her best to figure out the factors that are responsible behind the sufferings. The reason behind converting my thesis into a book was that even in these days when people seem to take a critical disease as depression very lightly, they don't understand the depth of criticality it bears on us all. Substance abuse has become a very common phenomenon and is taking lives of many. I believe this issue should be considered more seriously and thus, my book could act as a medium of delivering
this message across the public.
