With this in mind, the Author tells us here what he did in the city of Kisangani, Province of Tshopo, in DR Congo, during this time of health crisis. In one of the pages, he writes: "...With my interlocutor gone, I was left alone on the pavement...I wanted to cross to enter the city hall, but the crossing was not easy at all, because of the heavy traffic on this artery, newly rehabilitated with the provincial government's own funds. Fortunately, by 10:04' I had crossed and was now in front of the town hall..."
