But taken in a wholistic approach, it's worth rereading a couple of times, just to get the overall sense of how things should be and the many ways we have open to us to get it right for the first time in centuries. We can all benefit from a more enlightened approach and a better working environment. It's not just for the younger generation. The thinking they have introduced to our workplace since about 2006 is now catching on. This book is for every generation because we're in this together.
