The program is expected to benefit approximately 90 communities in the Pacific Islands. Up to twelve Pacific Island nations will participate in this program: Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
