Dr. Dawson conducted a series of interviews with Charles Manson, incarcerated in San Quentin State Prison, San Quentin, California, poster boy for killer-cult leaders, in September 1988. He was the wild-eyed, scraggly-haired Dark Prince of the 1960s.
