Beginning in the season of Advent and proceeding through the liturgical calendar, each day's entry provides a substantial portion of Scripture, a reflection, and a prayer. It is the hope of the author, an active Lutheran pastor, that a "coming together with God" will be experienced by all who read these words, and that this coming together will encourage, strengthen, and inspire readers to continue in the life to which God has called them.
