David H. Wersler was born in raised in Bucks County, Pa. During his high school years in the 1970's, he was involved in the Christian Youth Ranch movement. It was through this that he learned how easy it was to share the good news of the Gospel. He is a graduate of Eastern University (B.A.), Westminster Theological Seminary (M.A.), Biblical Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Pensacola Christian College (M.S. Education Administration). He has also graduated from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance and holds an FAA aircraft mechanic certificate He was ordained to the ministry in 1985. He has held positions as missionary pastor, deacon, and has taught in public and private schools. He has also been a chaplain with the Civil Air Patrol for the past 18 years in Mississippi and Texas. He has been awarded Squadron Chaplain of the Year three times and Southeast Region Chaplain of the Year. He and his wife, Pamela, have been married 35 years. They have three children, Stephen, Lydia, and Susanna. They also have seven grandchildren. They currently reside in the Houston, TX area where they are active in their local church.
