As Stopman, Sean volunteers to put his best effort into giving equality and justice for all. Can he make good on his intentions? Or, will negative aspects of his surroundings get the best of him, and worse yet the best of Quad City? Stopman will become a phenomenon beyond his home, and therefore across the world.
