This is a catalyst of how he/she will structure his/her professional offer in this determined field of action.The medicalization of the practices in health usually affects this profession condemning it to instrumentalist practices, which reproduce this characteristic, but there can be a way out, if from the reflection of the disciplinary field the professional practice is reinstalled in the human rights.
