The Outlook to Nature comprises four lectures given in the colonial theatre, Boston, as a part of the University Course and under the auspices of the education committee of the twentieth century club. The lectures were delivered in January, 1905, although scheduled for a year earlier. Liberty Hyde Bailey was an American horticulturist and botanist who was a founding member of the American Society for Horticultural Science.
