Description

The book tells a story of a great state called 'Kitoto' that is blessed with both natural and human resources. Though highly populated with people of outstanding talents; it lacks leaders who could lead the people of Kitoto to actualize their numerous potential. Most of its citizens are unemployed, while many of its workers in various institutions and organizations are poorly paid. This has contributed to the many crises and strike actions experienced in the state.

Strike actions by workers in Kitoto are common, but that of teachers is a culture. Teaching anywhere is a noble profession, but the one in Kitoto has become a NOBLE CHAIN. This chain is not only caused by the government of Kitoto; teachers are also the culprits. The fortune of the teachers can change for the better if they should uphold the nobility of their profession during any of their negotiations. The most needed of all is the reformation of the Kitoto's educational system. Until then, the teachers in Kitoto will remain in the chain of their financial limitations.

MICHAEL BASSEY ENEYO is an author and prolific writer of high repute. He is a unifier philosopher, fearologist, ethicist, and a complementalist from Nigeria. Eneyo has written on many topical contemporary issues. His books include: Philosophy of Fear (2018), Philosophy of Unity (2019), Ethics (2020), and The Transhuman World and its Fears (2021).

His core proposal is to contribute ideas that can help in making the world a better place for all beings. His dream is to witness a world where people will come to the realization that a destruction of any human being anywhere and in whatsoever form, is a destruction of the whole of humanity in actual sense and that when a section of human beings is neglected, the continuity of humanity is in danger. He posits that "If you want to sleep well at night, make sure your neighbour is not without a bed".

Eneyo is a Senior Officer of the Nigeria Customs Service.
