About the Author: David R. Greenland has been writing professionally for over 40 years and is the author of Bonanza: A Viewer's Guide to the TV Legend (foreword by creator/executive producer David Dortort) and Rawhide: A History of Television's Longest Cattle Drive (foreword by series regular Charles Gray), both published by BearManor Media.
