Description
"The Grandest Christmas Eve" is an original, heroic, illustrated, narrative Christmas poem. It is the story of one man's quest to bring back belief in Saint Nicholas. To that end he travels the world to convince the leaders of various countries to come to his roof on Christmas Eve to see Santa for themselves. The 12 visitors who agree to come are in for big surprises and the beginning of a breathtaking adventure.
This is Part One of "The Santa Saga" trilogy. Parts Two and Three take place on earth, in space, introduce additional characters, age old creatures, new age weaponry, plenty of action and continue the epic story of a quest, good vs. evil and belief vs. cynicism.
And So the Saga Begins:
THE TAKEOFF HAD BEEN TOUCH AND GO
IN A WILD AND WINTRY STORM
BUT HIS SLEIGH HAD HELD A STEADY TRACK
AND HIS REINDEER WERE IN FORM
NOW HE URGED THEM ON FOR TIME WAS SHORT
AS THEY HURTLED THROUGH THE SKY
AND PIERCED THE SNOW-SWEPT DARKNESS
AS AN ARROW ON THE FLY
THEY WERE ON A CHRISTMAS MISSION
THAT CELEBRATED EVE
TO GIVE THE WORLD HIS GREATEST GIFT
