Description
Psychological studies of ICT consider growth trends as exogenous economic and technological variables that determine endogenous cognitive and behavioral variables. That is, given the access to ICT, organizations implement training programs among their employees to encourage their performance through their perceptions, attitudes and intentions. Three models have been proposed and developed to explain the impact of socio-economic-technological variables on cognition and organizational behavior. These are predominantly cognitive models that explain and predict the decisions and actions of acceptance or rejection of ICT.
