Teacher Performance Assessment is an important tool for schools and teachers because it promotes professional development, motivates the teaching staff and leads to reflection, improvement of teachers' performance and teaching quality. The Evaluation of Teacher Performance is the central object of this work, through a comparative analysis between two private educational institutions, with different cultures, one located in Portugal and the other in Brazil. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with teachers from two private educational institutions, one located in Portugal and the other in Brazil, to understand the importance and impact of this evaluation on their performance, to verify the agreement of teachers on the intervention of parents and students in this process, on the new challenges currently posed to teachers, with the use of new technologies and new methodologies, and the health of teachers. Both institutions encourage the use of technology and provide training in this area because they believe that technology facilitates teacher performance.
