If you're tired of people telling you to let it go and just get over it, you'll like the 33 chapters in each of all 4 of the series, The Comedy of Interaction in Human Relationships by Chester Isaiah Muncie. Sometimes you can't let go of the past because it is still very much affecting you in the present. You're not alone after all, and volume 4 of this series can restore your self-esteem and sanity, not to mention help you go back to being able to get a good night's sleep. May not be appropriate for young readers, as occasionally there are some adult themes. Well written and in a frank style, easy to understand, and highly recommended. Definitely fun to read, and hard to put down; this is not just a self-help book written by somebody who has never known what life is like down in the trenches.
