This cookbook contains a wide variety of my favorite recipes collected over the last 30 years working as a chef. They come from the Midwest, New Orleans, Cape Cod, Mass, Florida, California and the Caribbean. Of the approximately 180 recipes most can be easily prepared by the novice chef. I created the book for my wife and culinary students to impress their friends and family at home.
