Slowly, justice is being implemented in a State that has been at the forefront of noncompliance with the U.S. Constitution since its beginnings; a State that has viewed itself as a sovereign "Republic" totally disassociated from the rest of the United States, merely picking and choosing which laws of the land it wishes to respect.
