Each time, the actor and the situation are privileged at the expense of theoretical development. At first glance, the description of the flaws and shortcomings (such as this extraordinary assembly which begins with the "miscellaneous") may make one smile: so much the better if the reader can laugh by taking the trouble to read a few pages!
