Description

This book will be divided into two parts, part A and part B; in the first part, the development of a protective justice will be discussed, where the concept of Human Dignity will be analyzed, under the account of what Primo Levi wrote in the Auschwitz Trilogy with what he lived in the concentration camps; and how from these atrocious crimes against humanity, the birth of new institutions that will be responsible for ensuring the protection of human rights arises. Part B, entitled the rule of law and transitional justice, will first discuss the origins of transitional justice, define what is meant by it, its objectives, its levels, its principles, the subject of reparations (in this case the victim), its importance in strengthening the rule of law, the elements of a policy of this type of comprehensive justice, and then analyze why it is important in the solution of crimes committed within a state governed by the rule of law.
