Description
Barry Levitt's a thirty-something loser on the verge of discovering he's the bastard son of legendary 30's pulp hero, The Ravager. And, when a notorious steel-plated killer unleashes a unique brand of devastation at a local Weight Watchers meeting, Barry's forced to choose between embracing his legacy or walking away from it forever.
After reading, "The Holographic Detective Agency," Mr. Linde's first novel, I had high expectations for, "Son of Ravage."I am here to tell you; he does not disappoint. "Son of Ravage" follows our hero Barry and his friends; Doc, Brain, Face, and Beast as they go on an adventure of such epic proportions it makes "Indiana Jones" look like a trip to the mall. Mr. Linde, paying homage to the over the top pulp serial publications of times past, has crafted such a unique, original story, that once started, you will not be able to put it down. Every chapter is a neatly parceled package waiting to be unwrapped.I do not want to give away any of the story elements here as I want you to discover and delight in them as I did. Suffice to say, Mr. Linde pulls out all the stops.Barry Levitt's a thirty-something loser on the verge of discovering he's the bastard son of legendary 30's pulp hero, The Ravager.
