Skin fungus is a common superficial infection worldwide. They affect about a quarter of the world population. The aim of this study is to analyze the clinical, epidemiological and mycological profile of these infections in a Tunisian series. This study is retrospective, including 244 patients during a period of 8 months. Skin mycosis was confirmed in 128 patients (52.4%). The sex ratio M/F was 1.84. The average age of our patients was 39 years. Skin mycosis was most frequent on the sole of the foot (33%) followed by the large folds (22%) and the neck-trunk (18%). Dermatophytosis was most common (66%) followed by pityriasis versicolor (18%) and cutaneous candidiasis (15%). Age
