Pratiksha, who's one of a friend is working in an IT company is depressed by typical work culture, sexual harassment & shift timing. She was pregnant and there were the usual six months of maternity leave policy. In order to save the maximum paid leaves for post-birth requirements, she planned to work as long as she could. She was in the 6th month, working and her application for project work from home is rejected. Pratiksha observing how people taking advantages and not able to prove them wrong as being harassed.
