Description
Included in this small book is a historical, bipartisan and largely objective discussion on the process of the largely unsuccessful legislation within the United States Congress on the concept of Universal Health Care. The Discussion centers around the "insurance" based approach to Health Care versus the "single payer" approach. With the history of Health Care in both the United Kingdom and the United States as a back-drop, the author attempts to compare his personal experiences of Health Care in both countries and perhaps hi-lights the strengths and weaknesses in both systems.
