In her later years, she has concentrated upon the writing. She enjoys reading, music, painting, needlework, gardening, and church work, but most of all, she enjoys being with her ever-increasing family. She has a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo. Born in Arkansas, she has lived in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming. She currently resides in Arkansas on the farm and in the house where she grew up.
