When the war ends, they live in an apartment on the top floor at the Mid-Towne Towers, and Walt refuses Marge's pleas for a baby. He says that is no place to raise a child. Then, Walt buys a house in a new subdivision. Marge hopes he will agree to having a family, but he still refuses. Marge hires Mitch Ferris and Shingo Tanaka to do the landscaping around the new house. She begins sketching plans of flower gardens for customers and wonders . . .
