She has picked up that mantle from her father, who recently was killed to keep him from doing his job. Angela is intent on finishing her father's task, as well as finding out who killed him. And simply because she likes Angela, and knows she'll be drastically outnumbered in her efforts, Roxy decides to accompany her, essentially acting as a bodyguard. Both women ride to the next town together, knowing the odds will be against them, but determined to stay alive, and succeed.
