Mostly set in 1986, in an upside down Britain, with a Conservative Government held to ransom, and England playing in the World Cup Finals in Mexico, its also a journey of discovery for Alfie - a vagrant who gets sucked back into society because he actually holds the key to turning everything back to normal.
