She is also the author of Manna For the Soul, a book on Jewish spirituality. Carol enjoys swimming, writing, and traveling. She spends as much time as possible with her family, her husband Harris, her children Robert, Jodie, and Stacy and her five grandchildren, Hunter, Nicholas, Dylan, Logan, and Kayla.
