Like the well-known Spanish romantic painter Francisco de Goya, born 188 years before Professor Goia, and who was consummately dedicated to his multifarious paintings, from "La Maja Vestida" to "Dona Tadea Arias De Enriquez", the same Professor Goia was consummately dedicated to his multifarious educational and engineering activities.For this reason we wrote this book for the general public, with only few technical details, including numerous enchanting photographs taken at conferences and with other occasions, as well as extensive notes about the world events from Professor Goia's childhood, which events were, are and will be very important for many generations.
