The main focus of this book is on Tantra which entails using our mind/bodies, and everything that we encounter, to aid and cultivate Awakening from the dream that we are separate objects in a universe of such. The result of this is to reveal that we are expressions, and instruments, of Consciousness through which That can 'know' and enjoy its physical manifestation - the universe and everything it contains.
