The results indicate that theindicate that the composition varied from 1.95 to 0.81 UA of the Business System for each UA of the Farmer System. In Sonora, milk production fell 9.92 million liters (-8.4%) and its value decreased USD 21.26 million (-40%) which had an impact on a decrease in the volume of water used by 10.1 hm3 (-7.4%).
