Richard has been with Phenomenal Stories since the first issue and takes over the primary editorial responsibilities for the quarterly under founder and Executive Editor Shawn M. Tomlinson. Along with the anniversary issue, this edition of PSQ features the complete content of the July and August Phenomenal Stories. July was the first Special Issue, focusing upon author Robert W. Chambers. The cover of PSQ includes a photo of the unusual hummingbird moth by Shawn M. Tomlinson, and contributors include J.D. Hayes-Canell, Richard H. Nilsen, Haldor R. Hallum, Carole A.
