We are compiling the personal accounts and experiences of many of our members, whether they be retired or still serving. The results of the interviews and research will be presented in a major publication that will be available to the community-at-large, as well as the members of the Black Shield Police Association, as a historical reference. Of course, all of the Black Shield's other initiatives, like minority police recruitment, are still ongoing and the fight for civil justice and equality are on-going.
