Christian HoÃbach contributes with his exploratory multi-method study to filling this gap in research by examining the impact that styles of problem-solving, gender, and other sources of individual differences exert on the perception of organizational climates for creativity. He shows that problem-solving style and gender influence how people perceive the work environment in which they feel most and least creative.
