Our disciplinary approach in psychology places great emphasis on relationships and interactions with the social environment. The social environment provides new resources and modes of regulation, but it is also a place where the impact of persistent environmental stressors can be felt. Thus, the problem of open space remains a constant preoccupation for employees: assessing one's work environment or workspace is necessary in the light of current changes.
