The research is linked to the area of concentration on Vocational and Technological Education, developed in the Postgraduate Program in Vocational and Technological Education, of the Industrial Technical College/UFSM, composing the studies carried out in Research Line 1: Policies and Management in Vocational and Technological Education. This study started from questions raised at the meetings of the Accessibility Commission of the UFSM, which led to a reflection on the process of inclusion in Professional and Technological Education. Thus, this research has as its theme the implementation of the public policy TECNEP Action, aimed at the inclusion of people with special educational needs in Vocational and Technological Education (EFA). The problematization is about which movements and experiences were developed when this action was implemented in the Farroupilha Federal Institute, in the São Vicente do Sul campus.
