In addition, I work to make a connection between basketball and my personal ideals mainly concerning equality, inclusion, fairness and a burning desire to be successful at this sport. A major theme in the book is the journey of eight aging players who have chased and dreamed of winning a medal in the National Senior Games for over twenty-years with no success and time running out. Much of this book is their story.
