His work has appeared in such magazines and webzines as "New York Quarterly, Quillbillies, Black Listed, Epic Rites, Denver Syntax" and "Kill Poet." "Interstate Chokehold" is his first major collection. Frank currently lives in North Dakota and is working on his first novel.
