Description
In Between by Angela Arnold is a first collection by an author who has lived in 7 different EU or UK countries and has designed gardens. In Between examines the twin states of "being" involved in relationships: either as someone "in" the relationship, with a parent, a partner, a child; and as one "between" relationships, or learning to navigate a life beyond definition as only a partner, parent, adult child. Angela loves languages and is currently (endlessly) learning Welsh. She enjoys her synaesthesia, adores big skies and the embrace of trees, has both a wild and a tame garden, and when not waving Extinction Rebellion placards she sits peacefully in a Quaker meeting.
