He has more than forty-five years' experience at various mental and criminal facilities and in the court system. He authored several books, including Psychotherapy behind a Razor Wire Fence: Memories of a Forensic Psychologist. Most recently he authored a children's book titled, My Life with Roger, illustrated by his granddaughter, Shannon Myers, a high school student.
