As Harmon prepares his presentation for their next meeting plans also continue unchecked for a massacre at the school. As Harmon thinks back to past HOMEROOMs he remembers the students who were touched and transformed by their experiences there. He also recollects occasions when the outcomes were less positive, and he begins to doubt HOMEROOM's value. Harmon's crisis of faith, his presentation to the Board and a student's desire for mass destruction all weave towards a surprising climax.
