Hal's co-author of this autobiography was David Goggin aka Mr. Bonzai, a respected Hollywood-based journalist, author, and award-winning photographer. He has published more than 1000 articles and interviews worldwide and has worked as a disc-jockey, engineer, producer, and recording studio manager.
