Habitat and housing are unresolved issues at the international level, and in the context of Paraguay, there are no effective results that respond to the demands of the most vulnerable and needy classes of the population. In the city of Asunción, specifically in the Ricardo Brugada neighborhood (Chacarita Alta and Chacarita Baja), the policies of the country and of the municipality do not satisfy, nor do they give an answer to this situation, increasing social problems, of habitability, of comfort, of tenure and ownership of the property, of health and associated mobility, of infrastructure and quality of life of the population. The objective of this material as a book is to show the results of a research on habitat and housing in the context of the Ricardo Brugada neighborhood (Chacarita Alta and Chacarita Baja), with a focus on sustainability towards the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
