Tick - It's Done! I personally use this one... It's very basic and right up my street... Why? Because I'm 48 and don't push myself hard anymore. Im not after gains, I just want to know the jobs done! I know my routine so I pre-fell the pages with my exercises. I always do the same number of reps and use the same weight - I love the gym and just want to keep my muscles toned.
